Why:
We are removing the Explore Repositories section that currently exists on the right side bar of the dashboard as a part of the New User Dashboard Refresh release in effort to clean up the dashboard and provide more relevant content for new users, and because this section has been incorporated with the Feed. As a result, we should remove the "Exploring recommended repositories" section from this doc.
